Mr. Barnes, I am sorry but I have to correct you again. Sunlight does not kill the COVID-19, not in any way. Being outside may in some cases reduce the effects of COVID 19, but that is all.
Mr. Barnes, please remember that the man who told you that sunlight would kill the coronavirus is the same man who said that injecting a disinfectant internally might kill the coronavirus in one day. Nothing, in fact, could be farther from the truth.
The company that makes Lysol was so concerned that it issued a nationwide warning not to inject Lysol or any other disinfectant internally under any circumstances.
► LETTER: Handle beaches with common sense
While you may be a big believer in Trump as president, under no circumstance does Trump have any qualifications to give any kind of medical advice to anyone and if what Trump said had been suggested by anyone other than the president, they would have been open to practicing medicine without a license.
Personally I think Trump should be so charged; Trump’s statements are a real threat to those who believe Trump.
So I end, Mr. Barnes, with this request get your medical advice from licensed physicians who at least have some understanding of real medicine.
