Why not (at least here in the Panhandle of Florida) require all stores and shops that are open to have a sign on their doors requiring everyone who enters to be wearing a mask?
Isn’t this the very least we could be doing to lessen the spread of the virus?

It is a shame that grocery stores must be open for the good of the people; but it seems to me that the clerks in the stores and the check-out ladies and gents deserve the best protection we can offer them.
Require masks to enter the stores. This policy could be used in all stores, regardless of what is being sold — Lowe’s/Ace Hardware/Walmarts/Home Depot/Winn Dixies, etc., etc. And all pharmacies!
We have made Panama City our home for many, many years; retiring from Tyndall Air Force Base in 1974 and we love Panama City and the small towns around the Panhandle.
Let’s begin a “trend” and hope all of Florida will follow suit!
