The Florida Department of Health has issued the Wednesday, May 13 coronavirus report.

Okaloosa and Walton counties both reported more cases since the Tuesday report.

No new deaths related to the virus were reported east of Escambia County.

Total cases counted: 42,402, an increase of 479 over Tuesday

Total deaths: 1,827, 48 more since Tuesday

Hospitalizations: 7,595, an increase of 177 over Tuesday

Santa Rosa: 179, (9 deaths)

Okaloosa: 170, one more over Tuesday (5 deaths)

Bay: 77, (3 deaths)

Walton: 68, two more over Tuesday (2 deaths)
