CRESTVIEW – A man who broke into a veterinary clinic and left with $202 was arrested after Crestview Police Department officers watched the surveillance video at the business.

The 32-year-old Crestview man was wearing a teal jacket, blue jeans and a hat with a circular emblem on the front, according to his arrest report.

He used a screwdriver to force the cash register open.

He was identified, in part, by the impressions his work boots left on the soft soil outside the clinic's window.

A search of his home revealed invoices and copies of received checks customers had made to the animal clinic.
