An inspection the following day found zero violations and the restaurant was allowed to reopen.

CRESTVIEW — A food truck that serves chicken wings was temporarily closed on March 31 due to two high-priority violations during an inspection.

A complaint inspection was made at Wings on Wheels by an official with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. The restaurant advertises its location as a lot on Industrial Drive in Crestview.

The inspector forced an immediate closure after finding “conditions endanger public health and safety,” a report from the agency said.

One of the high-priority violations included operating without an approved sewage system and gray water being dumped into a storm drain that feeds into wetlands.

The other high-priority violation was raw sewage found on the ground of the restaurant, according to the report.
