 Combest, though, didn’t think the abundance of trips was warranted.

“Did you see us fouling any more than they were fouling,” she said. “I don’t think so.”

Out of the locker room, FWB came out on fire.

 A 9-for-14 shooting effort mixed with holding Crestview to just five points on a 2-for-12 effort gave the Vikings a 65-27 lead headed into the fourth.

 “At halftime we talked about coming out in the third quarter and not settling and taking care of business,” McDaniel said. “I told them that they couldn’t relax, the game’s not over and we can’t give them any confidence.”

From there it was all she wrote as the running clock started and FWB cruised to the commanding win.
