Crestview's only basket in the first three minutes of the game came from Baylark.

Scores by Jerry Aaron and Josh Hinton pulled the Bulldogs (13-3) even with the Tigers with 4:21 left in the quarter.

A 9-4 Crestview run closed out the opening stanza as Wesly St. Vil scored a pair of baskets, Denzel Ware added a score and Rashad Bess hit a 3-pointer.

Crestview led 15-10 at the end of the first quarter and 26-20 at the half. But Forrest, who only scored three points in the first quarter, was just getting warmed up as he scored six in the second period to help the Tigers stay within striking distance of the Bulldogs.

Tyrome Sharpe scored eight points in the third quarter as the Tigers seized the momentum from Crestview.

Chipley led 36-34 at the end of the third period and rode Forrest to the win in the fourth quarter. Forrest shot seven free throws in the final stanza and the Tigers shot 17 from the stripe in the game while the Bulldogs only shot eight free throws.

Two of the Tiger free throws came on a questionable flagrant foul by Aaron on Forrest. The last two free throws came with five seconds left in the game after Watson was called for a technical foul for expressing his frustration with how the officials called the game.
