Gators host Jay in biggest game of season

"They are kind of a 4-4 defensive team," he said. "We kind of run out of an I formation and some varied wing-T looks. They are going to get up there and storm the line of scrimmage and get a lot of guys in the box.

"We are just going to see if somehow we can chip three and four yards out of it. If you keep pounding eventually we knock a hole in there and if D.J. Thomas breaks a tackle we have a chance (for him to score on a long run)."

Brunson didn't try to downplay the importance of Friday's big game.

"This is the biggest game of the season bar none because it's the rivalry game against Jay," he said. "These Jay games are talked about for years to come.

"And again, if we win we are in (the playoffs) and that makes it the biggest game in the last five years."
