CRESTVIEW — Revenge was on the minds of the Niceville High School baseball team Tuesday night as the Eagles traveled to Crestview for a District 1-7A game.

The Bulldogs swept the Eagles in three games in 2013 and Niceville was looking for some redemption and, maybe, some payback.

Mission accomplished.

Eagle pitcher Drew Dungan threw a complete game shutout and held the Bulldogs to three hits as Niceville blanked Crestview 10-0.

About the only blemishes for Dungan, who struck out six batters, were two walks and three hit batters.

"This is huge," Eagle Coach Joe Nedoroscik. "We played them three times last year and they beat us all three times.

"This was -- I don't want to say payback -- but we definitely wanted to come over here and show that we could win a baseball game against the Crestview Bulldogs.  Any time you can come over here and play the Bulldogs you have to have your A game. They are a good team over here."
