    JAY — A tough Chipley Tiger team came calling in the District 3-1A volleyball finals trying to do what nobody has done in more than a decade – dethrone 11-time defending district champion Baker.     FORT WALTON BEACH – Crestview had no issue piling up the set points against rival Niceville in Tuesday’s District 1-7A semifinal. Converting them was another story. The Gators, who are seeking a 12th consecutive district title struggled throughout the match against host Jay.
