Traffic crash north of Garden City (with photos)

A traffic crash on Highway 85, near the intersection of Burleson Boulevard, in the Garden City community sent one driver to a local hospital shortly after 2 p.m. Thursday.

A Ford Escort and Chevy Blazer were involved in the accident. The driver of the Ford was transported by the Okaloosa County Emergency Medical Services. The driver of the Chevy did not appear to be injured.
The North Okaloosa Fire District, Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office and Florida Highway Patrol responded to the crash, along with Okaloosa EMS.
No offical report as to the cause of the accident has yet been released.
