Officials: 2 suffered gunshot wounds to head

ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) — Authorities say a man and a woman suffered gunshot wounds to the head at a technology park near the University of Central Florida.

The shooting was reported Monday afternoon at the Central Florida Research Park. The shooting happened in a parking lot.

Officials say that witnesses told them a man used a gun to shoot a woman in the parking lot and then shot himself in the head. One of the victims is dead and paramedics were working to resuscitate the second person, who was shot in the head. Authorities did not identify either person.
