Traffic stop leads to drug charges

During an Aug. 14 traffic stop just south of Crestview city limits, an Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office deputy asked the driver to conduct a field sobriety test.

During the test, the deputy observed "a small piece of plastic protruding from his boxer shorts in plain view," according to Craig Lashae Calloway's arrest report.

The deputy pulled the small piece of plastic out of the man's boxer shorts and noted that it appeared to have cocaine on it.

A field test confirmed it was cocaine, the report said.
Calloway was charged with felony drug possession.
