County announces road resurfacing project

An extensive Okaloosa County road resurfacing project is scheduled to begin on Monday in Crestview. This extensive resurfacing project is scheduled to last until July. The following roads will experience traffic delays while resurfacing repairs are made to residential areas:
Shoal Lake Drive
Shoal Lake Circle
Walker Circle
Brown’s Place
Conner Drive
Hudson Drive
Roads will not close during construction.

| Why resurface these roads? They are in better shape than most of the roads that are IN NEIGHBOORHOODS around the north end of the county. I think the county could have done a better job of researching what roads needed to be repaved. |
