Chestnut Ave., Lot D, Crestview, was charged with grand theft, theft of a credit card and fraudulent use of a credit card. • ETTA CHRISTINE BOYLES, 36, of 296 S. Wilson St., Crestview, was charged with principal in first degree (forgery of motor vehicle title, obtaining money from forged title and uttering a forged instrument. • JEANETTE MARIE BARR, 35, of 5708 Highland Fields Road, Crestview, was charged with battery by strangulation, aggravated child abuse, and child abuse, all domestic violence-based. • CHRISTOPHER JOHN STROTHER, 18, OF 4734 Conner Dr., Crestview, was issued a notice to appear on a charge of possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana. • ROBERT LYLE SIMONS, 20, of 4008 Log Lake Road, Holt, was issued a notice to appear on a charge of possession of alcohol by a person under 21 years of age.

7/3: REECE NATINA VARNUM, 32, of 202 Barr Place, Crestview, was charged with retail theft of gasoline.

7/12: RANDY LYNN LITTLE, 48, of 224 W. U.S. Highway 90, Holt, was charged with trafficking in Hydrocodone and possession of Alprazolam.

7/14: HUNNER LEE MCKINNEY, 19, of 3342 Ivy McCormick in Crestview, was charged with larcenous theft: driving off without paying for gas.
