Man sends ex on fishing expedition to CPD

On Jan. 30, a woman stopped by the Crestview Police Department to pick up fishing equipment.
She said her ex had left word with friends that the tackle box and two fishing poles he had kept would be waiting for her at the CPD, according to a report from the Okaloosa Sheriff's Office.
The woman said she had been looking for her ex and made several attempts to recover her property but had been unsuccessful.
The case is still under investigation by the Okaloosa Sheriff's Office.
