 Crestview Police Dept. reports

• CHRISTY P. WILLIAMSON, 31, 5639 Old River Road, Baker, was charged with child neglect without great harm and possession of drug paraphernalia.

9/11: KENNETH JAMES MASTANDUNO, 24, of 697 Georgia St., Crestview, was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, child neglect, possession of a controlled substance (Hydrocodone) and possession of drug paraphernalia. • LATRISHA MARIE HERBERT, 21, of 697 Georgia St., Crestview, was charged with child neglect. • GARRY M. HANSMANN, 23, of 4050 Woolmac Drive, Crestview, was issued a notice to appear on a charge possession of drug paraphernalia. • LARRY JEFFERSON, 53, of 191 Washington St., Crestview, was charged with trespassing on property.

9/12: MARCUS BRYANT GREGORY, 34, 1211 Ego Drive, Crestview, was charged with possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana and failure to appear on a charge of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, based on a Tennessee warrant.

9/13:  DANIEL LUCAS HORNE, 20, of 203 Barr Place, Crestview, was charged with aggravated assault with a weapon.

9/16: PENNY RENEE BARBER, 42, of 104 Kennedy Drive, Crestview, was charged with battery and violation of an injunction for protection against domestic violence. • AMANDA DENISE ADAMS, 25, of 3133 Mayhair Road, Crestview, was charged with larceny - retail theft. • ELIZABETH CHARMINE HUTCHINSON, 31, of 208 Barr Place, Crestview, was charged with violation of an injunction. • CONSTANCE L. KITCHEN, 34, of 141 Palmetto Drive, Crestview, was charged with criminal mischief and two counts of battery on a law enforcement officer.

9/19: GARY L. TURNER, 52, of 530 Vulpes Sanctuary Loop, Crestview, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. • STEPHEN M. SMELLEY, 31, of 3621 Grady Johnson Road, Crestview, was charged with obstruction - resisting law enforcement without violence and obstruction by a disguised person.

9/21: JESSICA LYNN KISBAUGH, 24, of 387 Georgia St., Crestview, was issued a notice to appear on a charge of retail theft. • KATHY ANN SIMS, 45, of 602 Alabama St., Crestview, was charged with being a principle to aggravated assault with a weapon, to wit, a knife, without intent to kill. • TODD F. CHARLES, 48, of 681 E. Cobb Ave., Crestview, was charged with aggravated assault with a weapon, to wit, a knife, without intent to kill. 

9/22: TIMOTHY BLAIN HARMON, 49, 49, of 408 Woodrow Street, Fort Walton Beach, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. • DEREK BERNARD LEFEVRE, 19, of 722 Lee Road, 213, Phenix City, Ala., was charged with burglary to a vehicle and larceny totaling more than $300. • RICO D. DANIELS, 20, OF 201 School Ave., Crestview, was charged with burglary and criminal mischief. • ROBERT VANTHUL, 33, of 3405 SW 147th Lane Road, Ocala, Fla., was charged with lewd and lascivious battery.

9/24: JAMES RYAN RIMKUS, 33, of 432 Barbados Way, Niceville, was charged with lewd and lascivious battery. • DIANNA LYNN LANTZ-POWER, 39, of 144 Nivana Drive, Crestview, was charged with hit and run - leaving the scene of a crash involving damage to property and driver's license - never had license issued. • TIFFANY MARIE NORWOOD, 29, of 5306 Clint Mason Road, Crestview, was charged with possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana and possession of a new legend drug without a prescription.

9/25: JOHN PAUL PARRIS, 33, of 592 E. Robinson Ave., Crestview, was charged with failure to redeliver leased property over $300.

9/23: RUSSELL EARL TURNER, 48, of 2798 Richburg Lane, Crestview, was charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession and/or use of narcotic equipment.

9/24: JOSHUA DEVON KROLL, 26, was charged with throwing a missile. • DEBRA ANN MEHAFFEY, 49, of 2798 Richburg Lane, Crestview was charged with distribution of Schedule 1 marijuana and possession or use of narcotic equipment.
