5/4: A 14-year-old Crestview resident was charged with threatening to place a destructive device.

5/5: RICKIE LYNN MILEY, 38, of 200 McArthur St., Crestview, was charged with unlawful sexual activity with certain minors.

5/11: ROBERT D. INDROS, 23, of 5314 Olin Marrett St., Baker, was issued a notice to appear on a charge of depositing solid waste on residential property.

5/22: KENNETH EDWARD KILGELLON, 33, OF 3871 U.S. Highway 90 East, Crestview, was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, trafficking in Oxycodone (excess of 4 grams, less than 14), possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of psilocybin (mushrooms). • JONATHAN JAMES DALE IVY, 19, o f 3871 U.S. Highway 90 East, Crestview, was charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.
