Business: BBB communications director completes development program

Karen Szulczewski, Communications Director with the BBB serving Northwest Florida, recently graduated from Operations Bootcamp in the Council of Better Business Bureaus’ Professional Development Program.
The BBB Professional Development program has become the crown jewel in BBB training. The Operations Boot camp includes a series of in-depth instruction on core BBB services, all designed to promote BBB’s mission of being the leader in advancing marketplace trust.
