 9/22: CARLWIN MARCUS BOOZER, 24, of 792 E. Walnut Ave., Crestview, was charged with felony battery (domestic battery by strangulation) and larceny (petit theft).

9/25: BRANDI N. PARKER, 26, of 1982 Truman Drive, Navarre, was charged with failure to pay child support based on a Santa Rosa County warrant.

9/26: LATOYA D. TAPE, 21, of 400 Kelly Road, Niceville, was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and resisting arrest without violence. • TYRONE SEALS, 48, of 104 Lake St., Crestview, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. • REBECCA L. GLOVER, 37, of 2869 Shoffner Ave., Crestview, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. • MICHAEL C. MCWHORTER, 36, of 968 S. Rayburn St., Crestview, was issued a notice to appear on a charge of retail theft.

9/29: MAKEIYTHA KASONYTHA, 31, of 901 S. Pearl St., Crestview, was charged with animal cruelty - deprive of sustenance. • CHRIS E. LEWIS, 45, of 37 Peru St., 1, Burlington, Vt., was charged with failure to appear based on an Escambia County warrant.

9/30: PHILLIP A. JAMES, 34, of 669 Ridgelake Road, Crestview, was charged with trafficking in Hydrocodone. • ROGER B. MILLER, 36, of 4155 Randi Road, Crestview, was charged with trafficking in Hydrocodone.

10/1: EDDIE L. MCBRIDE, 48, of 216 Oglesby Ave., Crestview, was issued a notice to appear on a charge of possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana. • ALISSA LATOYA COUCH, 25, of 312 Lakeview Drive, Crestview, was charged with possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

10/2: JERMAINE ALEXANDER DAWSEY, 22, of 513 S. Lincoln St., Crestview, was charged with trespass after warning.
