CRESTVIEW – A 50-year-old Laurel Hill man accused of exposing himself to convenience store customers had a prior arrest for the same violation.
When Crestview Police Department officers arrived at the store, they saw him begging customers for money but his genital area was covered.
“I did nothing wrong,” he told officers.
The manager told officers they wanted him trespassed from the property. They issued him a trespass warning.
Forty minutes later, they were called back to the store after the man returned. He denied getting the earlier trespass warning.
He was charged with trespassing. Officers then discovered a Nov. 9 indecent exposure arrest. He was also charged with violating the terms of his probation.
