CRESTVIEW — Less than two weeks after being charged with cyberstalking, a 27-year-old man has been arrested again.

James Allen Foster of Crestview was charged Tuesday with possession of obscene materials involving sexual performance by a child, obscene communication, child cruelty and using a two-way communication device to facilitate a felony.

Authorities say Foster sent a minor photos of a man's penis in varying stages of arousal on Jan. 5, according to his Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office arrest report. He sent the photos using Facebook and had her send similar photos back to him.

Foster posed as "Justin Fory," the same false name he'd used to stalk a co-worker on Facebook last year, according to his arrest report earlier this month.

The minor who received the photos Jan. 5 told investigators he also had solicited her to engage in a threesome, the report said.

The original cyberstalking charge was a misdemeanor but all of the subsequent charges are felonies.
