NICEVILLE – A 13-year-old boy was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after admitting to a Niceville Police Department officer that items found during a traffic stop belonged to him.
The boy was a passenger in a car that was pulled over because the front seat passenger was not wearing a seatbelt, according to the boy’s Niceville Police Department arrest report.
When the driver and passenger were removed from the car, a one-hitter pipe fell to the ground. One of the boys tried to hide it by putting his foot over it.
Officers also found a bag of marijuana in the car. The 13-year-old boy said both the pipe and the marijuana belonged to him.
