MILTON — After Santa Rosa County sheriff's deputies pulled over a white Chevrolet truck driven by Zachary Frick for speeding near the intersection of Datura and Hunter streets Friday morning, they noticed the pungent odor of marijuana coming from the car, according to the Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Office.

After asking Frick to get out of the vehicle, deputies searched it and found narcotics, drug paraphernalia and money, including the following:


4.2 lbs. of suspected marijuana packaged in 4 large clear plastic bags 2 small containers w/suspected THC tar
1 digital scale with suspected marijuana residue
51 round white Buprion pills
13 small blue round Oxycodone Hydrochloride pills
28 grams of white rectangle Methadone pills
6 yellow oblong Alprazolum pills
2 yellow bar Alprazolum pills
6 peach round Alprazolum pills
7 white round Methadone pills
9 grams of white round Hydromorphone pills
3 white round Modafinil pills
2 sets of Zig-Zag rolling papers
$11,307 in cash

Frick, 32, of Milton, was arrested and charged with seven counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, one count of possession of more than 20 grams of marijuana and one count of trafficking an opium derivative, the Sheriff's Office reported.

Frick was taken to the Santa Rosa County Jail, where his bond was set at $160,000.
