South Walton won its weightlifting meet with Walton and Rocky Bayou Christian, capturing a meet-best eight first-place finishes in cruising to the win on Wednesday.

South Walton had 60 points, Walton had 25 and Rocky Bayou had 21.

Jeremy Clark (119-pound division, 275 lifted), Joey Gaglano (129, 325), Mike Doyle (139, 340), Josh Seilhan (154, 360), Sam Wiscomb (199, 430), Quinston Morris (219, 540), Chris Manzanares (238, 505) and Ivan Lucero (Heavyweight, 560) all won their respective weight classes for the Seahawks.

Walton’s Matt Lilland won the 169-pound weight class (405) while Rocky Bayou’s James Waldron’s combined total of 560 pounds easily won the 183-pound weight class.
